Storm repair & claims
After a storm the roof is the emergency and the paperwork is the problem. We handle the first and stay on the second until it closes.
We dry the house in first. A tarp goes on the same day we can get up there, mechanically fastened at the ridge rather than weighted, so it survives the next band instead of going into the neighbour's yard.
Then we document. Photographs of every slope, a moisture reading in the attic, and a written scope with line items that match the way an estimate is actually written. When the adjuster comes out, we meet them on the roof. We are not public adjusters and we do not negotiate your claim for you, but we will show the damage and we will put the repair scope in writing.
Best for: Wind, hail and fallen-limb damage, and any denied first claim.

Next step
Get on the roof before you get a number.
We walk the slopes, open the attic and photograph what we find. The report is yours whether or not you hire us, and it is the only way to compare two estimates line to line.
