24-gauge painted steel or aluminium, machine-seamed on site, with no fastener anywhere in the water plane.

Concrete & clay tile

On a tile roof the tile is the shade. The underlayment is the roof, and it is the reason a tile job is worth doing properly.

Flat & low-slope

Anything under 2:12 stops shedding water and starts holding it. That calls for a membrane, not a shingle.

TPO single-ply, or two-ply modified bitumen

Every curb, drain and scupper reworked, not reused
Pitched-to-flat transitions rebuilt from the deck
