What this site knows about you.
Almost nothing, and the page below says exactly how. There is no database, no cookie and no analytics script. One third party does see a request from your browser, and the photography section names it.

The enquiry form sends nothing
The form on the contact page, and the one at the foot of the listings index, run entirely inside your browser. Submitting fires no request. There is no inbox behind it, no CRM, no webhook and no database, and the confirmation line you see afterwards is drawn by the page you are already on.
Whatever you type is gone the moment you close the tab. The form says so on screen. A working version of this site would need a transport wired into that seam before a single word of it went anywhere.
Photography loads from a third party
Every image here is a placeholder served by picsum.photos. Your browser fetches those files directly, so that service and its CDN see your IP address, your user agent and which page asked for the picture, exactly as they would for any image hosted off-site.
This build receives none of that and stores none of it. What picsum.photos does with the request is covered by its own terms, not by this page.
The map talks to several other services
The map on the map page is a third-party component drawing map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Loading it fetches those tiles from tile.openstreetmap.org, its marker artwork from raw.githubusercontent.com, and a marker shadow from cdnjs.cloudflare.com. Each of those hosts sees your IP address and user agent, the same way any off-site image does.
Two more only happen if you ask for them. Typing in the map search box sends what you typed to nominatim.openstreetmap.org to look up a place. Pressing the satellite toggle loads imagery from server.arcgisonline.com.
The button marked Locate Me asks your browser for your position, and your browser will ask your permission before answering. If you allow it, the map centres on you. That position is used to move the map and nothing else: it is not transmitted anywhere, not stored, and not available to anyone once you close the page.
No analytics, no cookies, no pixels
There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no heatmap recorder. Nothing here profiles you, and nothing follows you to another site. The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to local storage, which is why you were never shown a consent banner.
Typefaces are compiled into the site when it is built rather than pulled from a font service, so no request leaves for one of those either. If any of this is ever added, the honest thing is to rewrite this section rather than leave a policy that flatters the build.
Links that hand you to someone else
The header, footer and contact page carry a telephone number, an email address, a WhatsApp link and an Instagram link. Follow one and you are in your own phone, your own mail client, or on a service run by another company under that company's rules.
The number sits in the 555-01 range that exists for fiction, and the address is a placeholder on a domain nobody monitors. Neither one reaches a person connected to this build.
What the host sees
These files are served by a web host, and any web host keeps the ordinary request records that serving a file produces. This build adds nothing to those records, reads none of them, and cannot speak for the arrangements of whoever is hosting the copy you are reading.
If a real business ever adopts this design
A working brokerage would connect the form to a mailbox or a CRM, would very likely add analytics, and from that moment would owe visitors a real policy: a named company, a named controller, a retention period, a lawful basis and a route to complain.
None of that is written here, because writing it would mean inventing it. Read this page as a description of a demonstration and nothing further.
