- By appointment, normally inside forty-eight hours. Evenings and weekends are fine, and I would rather show you a house at the hour you would actually be living in it.

- The office is on the Riverfront in Jacksonville, but most first conversations happen at the property or over the phone. I cover Amelia Island down to St. Augustine, and I drive to you.
